The films will be screened at 13 locations in the city of Luxembourg and other cities, and the program will include more than 90 films from 12 ex-communist countries, as well as numerous accompanying events.

This year the festival has grown significantly, doubling the number of participating countries by adding three Baltic states (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) and three countries from former Yugoslavia (Croatia, Serbia and Slovenia).

Serbian representatives are: “Tilva Rosh” by Nikola Ležaić, which is included in the main competition program, as well as the "Cineyouth" program; "Parade", the latest film by Srdjan Dragojević; "Honeymoon" by Goran Paskaljević; and the first feature-length production by Mladen Đorđević, "The Life and death of a Porno gang".

The Luxembourg audience will have a chance to see two Serbian documentaries - "Cinema Communisto" by Mila Turajlić and "The Last Yugoslavian Soccer Team" by Vuk Janić (2000) co-produced in the Netherlands, as well as the short film "Gagarin and Me" by Mihajlo Jevtić.
