AVRAMOV PAS

The protagonist, Avram, is being arrested two years after the horrific raid in Novi Sad. In this 1944, 1582 Jews from Novi Sad were deported to Auschwitz, right after all of them were brought to Synagogue in Novi Sad. In front of the building, the dogs of the arrested people were waiting for their masters. When Avram gets transferred with his fellow citizens to the cattle wagons, Avram'd dog starts running after the train. At one of the train stations, a German soldier takes the dog. Both dog and his master arrive to the camp...
