NEBO ISPOD MEDA

A photographer and her dog arrive in a small town in southeastern Serbia. She is searching for her friend Jasna, who has been missing for months. On her way, she meets a gentle six-year-old boy who also misses Jasna. In a lyrical-dreamlike sequence of events in which reality and fiction intertwine, objective vision and subjective perception, memory and the present, photographic stillness and the penetrating power of a moving image, a space opens up for reflection on childhood, the past, role models and directions, empathy, closeness, self-reflection, a new beginning, hope.
