A police officer and his daughter live in the Boulevard of Revolution, which has some elements of Orient and Europe. The girl falls in love with a young man who from the underground. The girl's father and the young man get into a conflict, trying, each of them in their own way, to win the girl's house. Their conflict ends tragically.
