PROMISE ME THIS

The Grandfather, his Grandson and Bosa, a village schoolteacher whose school has been closed, are the only ones living in the nearly deserted village on the top of the mountain. The Grandfather, feeling the approach of death, sends his grandson Cane to the nearest city to sell their only cow, to buy an icon for a church that he wants to rebuild, to find a woman and to buy a keepsake.
