The film Wind, Talk to Me, directed by Stefan Đorđević has won the Grand Prix at this year’s CinEast festival in Luxembourg, adding another prestigious award to the impressive series of awards that the film has won on the world festival stage.

The member of the jury, the famous director Danis Tanović, explaining the decision, pointed out that he was deeply moved by the film:

“I am very happy that this film received the award because it touched me in particular. This work shows everything that cinematography should be – honest, poetic and emotional. It deals with one of the most difficult moments of the human experience – the loss of a loved one – and leaves a deep mark long after watching. It is extremely brave that the film opens the door to the audience into the author’s personal story. It is beautifully shot and has deservedly won.”
