BEANS

A sniper in a war aims at the enemy's soldier and prepares to pull a trigger. At that very moment the soldier starts eating beans with such gusto that the sniper feels sorry to stop him, i.e., to shoot him. The next day the sniper is being taken prisoner and gets to the same soldier's hands.
