After its premiere in Serbia as part of the Bitef Festival (accompanying program) and the Contemporary Dance and Performance Festival Condance, Marko Pejovic’s film Glance will also be screened at the Opine Dance Film Festival in Philadelphia. This film is also a finalist for one of the European Cinematography Awards.

Glance is a short, inclusive dance film produced by the Let’s Come … group, co-authored by dancers (with and without disabilities), choreographers and directors who have together created the choreography, thematic framework and structure of the film. This is a pretty rare short film subcategory in Serbian film.

The film is conceptually set as four intertwined dance lines, in which the first refers to an intimate self-directed view, the second a view (from another perspective) of one’s own powerless parts, and the third brings a view of one’s capacities to transcend the set frameworks. The fourth thematic line is about togetherness and thus represents an extension of perspective, that is, a broadening of perspective
