The ninth Chicago Serbian Film Fest will take place from December 2nd to 4th 2022, at the AMC Theater (formerly Muvico) in Rosemont in that American metropolis.

The program of this year’s festival includes: As Far As I Can Walk by Stefan Arsenijević, It’s Not Bad to Be Human by Dušan Kovačević, Seven Thousand Souls by Sanjin Marić, Working Class heroes by Miloš Pušić, Game by Ana Lazarević, The Summer I Learnt to Fly by Radivoje Andrić, A Cross in the Desert by Hadži-Aleksandar Đurović, On the Trail of Đura Jakšić by Miodrag Jakšić and This is Toma by Vladimir Ristić.

There are also short films: “Lens Šijan”, “9-5” by Maša Šarović, “We All Die Alone” by Jonathan Hammond and “Ice Cream Sladoled” by Steve Sprema.

As announced on the festival website, the guests of the festival are the Film Center Serbia director Gordan Matić, directors Ana Lazrević, Miodrag Jakšić and Steve Spremo, as well as actors Milena Predić, Branislav Bane Trifunović, Ibrahim Koma and Igor Obradović.
