Th award-winning short film Autumn Waltz by screenwriter and director Ognjen Petković continues its festival rounds; this film is expected to participate in five festivals in 2020. These are Tampere Film Festival, Mecal International Short Film Festival of Barcelona, GoShort, FICCI Cartagena and Turin Underground. The project for this film was supported at the December 2017 Film Center Serbia competition.
The film tells a story about a married couple trying to escape out of war torn city in their car, using country roads. On their way to freedom stands a roadblock manned by enemy soldiers.
Ognjen Petković wrote the screenplay, directed and edited the film. Key contributors include: Director of Photography Aleksandar Ramadanović, costume designer Ana Radojičić and set designer Miljena Vučković. The film stars Tanja Pjevac, Ljubiša Milišic, Jovo Maksić, Marjan Apostolović and others. The producers of the film are Michael Vukadinovich and Aleksandra Lazarovski, for production house of Mansarad. The executive producer is Senka Nikolić. The film runtime is 18 minutes.
