The Producers’ Lab program, developed as part of the CineLink Industry Days Sarajevo Film Festival’s educational segment, was established to support the new generation of film professionals in the development of sustainable and author-recognizable production houses, as well as navigating the modern and rapidly changing audiovisual environment.
Among the six producers selected for the 2026 edition of the program is Serbian producer Dragana Antić from the production company This and That.
In addition to her, the program also includes:
Iriana Adnan (4 Proof Film, Romania)
Inna Lastochkina (Contemporary Ukrainian Cinema, Ukraine)
Ana Martinović (Nukleus Film, Croatia)
Durna Safarova (Etudfilm, Azerbaijan)
Sergiu Scobioala (REALITATEA FILM, Romania)
During the year-long program, participants will go through professional training, strategic mentoring and exchange of experiences, with the aim of developing a clear creative and business vision of their production houses. The program will include topics related to financing, international positioning, sustainable business models, artificial intelligence and the future of content creation in the modern audiovisual environment.
“Producers’ Lab is focused on the long-term development of producers – on the transition from surviving from project to project to building production houses with a clear creative identity. These six producers represent exactly the kind of strategic and visionary thinking that our region needs,” said Ishak Dzalimam, head of the Sarajevo Film Festival’s producer development program.
The program will be implemented through three modules:
Slano Film Days (June 16th-20th, 2026)
CineLink Industry Days within the Sarajevo Film Festival (15th–20th August 2026)
Zagreb Film Festival (9th–15th November 2026)
CineLink Producers’ Lab is supported by the Creative Europe MEDIA program.
